• KEELEY is 31 months old. She is so inquisitive and asks questions about EVERYTHING. “Why are you doing that? What is that? How come this does that? Where are you going?" When we ask her why she’s doing something her favorite reply is, “That’s why!”  When we’re in the car she asks, “Are we almost there yet?” She had her first dental visit recently and will be going back for a cleaning this week. She had no problem at all - she loves to brush and floss her teeth. Keeley still insists on doing absolutely everything for herself. Keeley is a very picky eater and is so busy with wanting to do other things that it’s difficult for her get a full meal in her belly! Her favorite movies right now are “Mary Poppins” (she loves to sing “Spoon full of Sugar”) and “Charlotte’s Web”. Keeley is a great big sister to Kaelin and Aidan.
• KAELIN is 16 months old. She just got a “big girl bed” and loves it! She and Keeley are becoming great friends. She follows Keeley around and tries to do everything she does. She’s a water bug like her sister. She loves taking care of her dolls, riding on toys, playing with puzzles, being outside and looking for squirrels and birds. She really likes to go to the park and ride the swings. Unfortunately, once she’s on one, she won’t get off—so the other kids are out of luck. Just like Keeley, her favorite food is meat (any kind!). Her favorite movie is “Mary Poppins”. She hums the song and populates the hums with words once in a while. Kaelin adores Aidan and likes to sing "La, La, La" to him and put blankets on him (as many as 4 at a time…he’s never cold!).
• AIDAN is 8 weeks old. He is smiling all the time and is even beginning to laugh. He loves to “talk” and make funny sounds. He loves being sung to and lying on his belly on someone’s chest (especially Daddy’s). He’s sleeping in 5 hour chunks through the night. He loves to “eat” and is almost 15 lbs already (he’s in 6 month baby clothes…)! He loves his sisters and follows their voices around the room. He holds his head up great and is doing mini-pushups when placed on his belly (he’s even begun to rock like he wants to roll over!). Aidan’s most favorite thing to do is “stand.” He likes being pulled up and keeping his legs straight. He’s so strong right now. Aidan is such a GREAT baby, we are so fortunate!!
